Why not have a carbonic macerated wine with your turkey that isn't Beaujolais? This did not taste as typical of carbonic picnic wines as I remembered so glad we had it at a little more serious meal. It went nicely with the variety of dishes, but had a little more tannin than I expected. I remember it being fruitier at the winery.
