Fulldraw Vineyard Syrah Honey Bunny Fulldraw Vineyard

Opened the day prior (~ 8-hour slow ox). Very deep dark intense magenta color. Blackberry, plum, sweet tobacco, spicy blueberry cobbler, and subtle peppered brisket. Smooth, dry, spicy palate, with nice, dusty acidity. Firm, satiny, medium intensity tannins on the longish finish. 92% Syrah and 8% Mourvèdre This is the best wine that Fulldraw makes in almost every vintage. It’s rich, nicely structured, and full of texture. Bought several bottles at my tasting.

Too young, for sure. At this time, shows as more meaty, gamey, less fruity than usual for Paso. Almost presents as more Rhone in style. Not sure if this is what they were going for with the 21, but it's what we've got in bottle at this time!
