The wine isn't sweet but I got a very strong honey flavor on the first sip. There might be 7 chards in there, but heavenly isn't the way I'd describe them.

Michael & David Phillips Tasting (Gibby's Wine Den, Geneva IL) : Deep straw color. Faint oak, mineral and pear notes. The fruit and oak flavors are balanced, along with an odd flavor.

Mid-winter tasting (Gibby's Wine Den) : This had a funkiness to it, a little like a ripe, soft cheese. Also a faint oak note. Abundance of fruit on the palate, along with some vanilla. $16.95.
