Celebrating Double Gold for Morettos and their 2021 Tempranillo at OC Fair. It did explode again, so it was clear until opening then it churned up all of the sediment. Still tasted good! Need to perfect my pet-nat technique.

Partial bottle from day of bottling. So very dark! Tasting great already.

Pet-nat style of sparkling, bottled just as it finished fermentation. It *was* nice and clear and settled until it was opened and it blew up and everything got cloudy. Didn't get to taste, lost a little less than half of a bottle. Will let settle and try to taste in a few days.
