Tasting with the chief winemaker, SA winemaker of the year 2025, Pablo Cúneo. Vintage 2024. Natural cork. 35% Semillon, 15% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Chardonnay. Chardonnay is fermented and aged in oak for 8-9 months, SB and Semillon were fermented and aged in steel. Nose: much less aromatic than the Chardonnay from the same tasting. The aroma profile resembles Chardonnay in general, with a touch of grassiness presumably from Sauvignon Blanc. Some citrus notes as well. Taste: Semillon brings some sweetness …

Blend of Chardonnay (50%), Semillon (35%) and Sauvignon Blanc (15%). Bright yellow color with green highlights. Aromas and flavors of pears, unripe peach, green melon, roasted nuts, honey, white flowers, cream and beeswax. Light touch of oak on the long, slightly spicy and bold finish. Fresh, with crisp acidity. Beautifully balanced and nicely layered. Creamy texture. Outstanding quality and simply delicious.
