Josef Biffar Wachenheimer Gerümpel Riesling Spätlese trocken

Enjoyed over a 4-day period. Light gold, with a green tint in the glass. On the nose mineral laden with roses and lemon-lime zest. Great medley of fruit and minerals. The medium bodied palate has a steely, off dry personality. The fruit is precise and rides over a soft acidic framework. Quite elegant and very well made wine. Long finish. I'm excited to see what age will provide.
