A blend of 60% Pinot Gris and 40% Gewurztraminer, six months in amphora. Big and ripe style (14.5% ABV), and there is some back-end heat. Aromatically the Gewurztraminer dominates (obviously), but the Pinot Gris also contributes weight and fruit, finishes relatively light for all that power. At wine bar 4850, Amsterdam, NL.
