Fascinating, rather complex wine. I suggest serving it just lightly chilled between 50-53°F and ideally after at least 10 minutes of aeration (these two elements really allow the aromas and flavors to pop). The nose presents pronounced aromas of white flowers, caramel, ripe green apple and pear with a slight hint of smoke and dead leaves.
