Colour: Violet Nose: Cherries, earth! Sweet tobacco and tar. Taste: Cherries and strawberries, herbs, eucalyptus, sweet tobacco and tar. Like a good Chianti Classico, but it is really balancing on the edge of being overdone. Needs a lot of air and exactly the right temperature.
