Opened over 3 days but can’t say I see much room for improvement. A bit more tart than prior bottles. Not sure about this one. Still, enjoyable.

On pop and pour, and even with a couple of hours, this one is initially quite tart and lacking in depth or length. Cieolvista has it right… Too tart… But keep reading below. Put it under argon… Fast forward a day. Much improved. The nose is cleaner with red fruit and the palate is bright and fresh. Not a lot of tannins but very drinkable. Classic style typical of this domaine, but the vintage lends approachable bright fruit with depth and complexity that developed over a couple of hours. Will definitely improve but you won’t be disappointed if you open it tonight while you wait for his 1er crus to come around.
