This was a good, solid, rustic Karakuchi (+10), "Dragon-Slayer"; very dry, somewhat bitter but not unpleasant finish. Tasted cold and at 110 degrees. I prefer cold as the aromas are more precise and light fruit/fruit skin notes. Warm it was very heady, difuse, warm rice notes, but maybe better with street food/yakitori that way. Junmai Daiginjo Sake Tasting Night.
