Fruit forward with sharp acidity, which would make it food friendly, perhaps with cheese or light high-fat dish, like something whipped or moussed. Updated note: Needed more time in bottle, as really fleshed out after 4 days open! Updated score and recommendation to "Recommended".

Deep purple colour. Cranberry, black cherry, green pepper. High acidity, medium- tannin. Tannins come through with a slightly unpleasant bitterness.
