Bemberg Estate Wines Cabernet Sauvignon La Linterna Les Mercedes - Parcela 19 - Micro Terroir

Tasted at the winery whilst on tour with Tim Syrad Wine Tours. Medium plum colour, some browning at the edges. Rich mature fruit. Long, smooth, complex and silky. There is some greenness on the palate and it's quite a different style to most 100% cabernet sauvignons. I think it needs more time to become a great wine.
