Dark ruby, barnyard, leather, ripe cherry nose. Dry, tart, ripe cherries, dirty tannins. Medium body, good mouthfeel, still a little disjointed on the PnP. A little air time should bring it into balance. It has that funkyness more appealing to Syrah drinkers. Improving in the glass with some bright red berry fruit! Mild tannins on the finish. Night two, bright red berry with just a little mid tongue bitter. Coming along nicely. I should have waited ten years for the …

Medium ruby, lilacs on the nose. Dry fruit with light acid and tannins, sour cherries. The floral notes have diminished over time resulting in a more pleasant wine for my tastes. A little bitter almond detracts from the balance. Give it another night and the transformation is remarkable. The balance of acid, fruit, tannins is there. The bitter is barely noticeable. It is developing that aged Pinot brightness that I find so appealing.

Medium ruby, soft lilac nose. Dry, medium fruit with some tartness. Berries, currants, some barnyard, fleeting light bitter lemon zest with some soft tart tannins on the finish, PnP 87 pts. Drinking well, but needs food. If the little bitter blows off, it will be very nice. After an hour open, it's getting there. The second glass lost most of the bitter, dry clear stony finish. Second night, marked improvement. Bitter is gone, nice acid balancing the ripe plums and …

Opened 1/2 hour to air. Another good bottle with good bouquet and color. Medium body started after a gamay with beouf bourguignon, light oak finish.

Opened 1/2 hr. Strong floral bouquet of previous pop and pour bottle had blown off and this was a very pleasant pinot for the first half of dinner, medium body, smooth drinking and finish with little oak. I would recommend letting the wine breathe for an hour, guests arived early!

A nice nose o earth, berries & mushroom but the wine does not live up to the preview. Thin, one dimensional and a bit of heat from the alcohol. It is good but not at the same level as other Oregon Pinot's.

Tasted at the winery several years ago, was very good for the price, went back and bought the last case, opened a bottle about a year ago, the bouguet just about blew me away, needed to settle down and was very good, next bottle was more characteristic of a flowery Pinot which for me needs a special time and is not for daily drinknig, this was close out priced and I think an incredible deal for an Oregon Pinot of …
