Deep purple in color with a purplish rim. Sweet nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity. Dry on the palate with nice complexity. Showing currants, plums, cooked cherries, spices, oak, licorice, chocolates, tobacco, herbs and peppercorn. Nice finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries. This 6 year old Cabernet Franc is drinking very nicely now. Soft, smooth and elegant. Rich, spicy and entertaining. Fruit forward and complex, with a very aromatic nose.
