Nice. Similar notes to last year’s bottle. Not the best pairing with pan-seared black cod, as it makes the oak stick out more. Without the fish the oak is hardly noticeable. Linear, coiled, lemon-mineral forward, and saline, with barely ripe stone fruit at the back. Good texture, though seems more 1er cru than GC. Drinking well now. 91 Day 2, it’s relaxed a bit and releases an excellent harmony. Some subtle floral/mineral notes emerge, including a whiff of spearmint. Lovely. …

What a difference 2 years makes. This bottle seems much more representative of a GC Chablis compared to the last. Same spine of acid, steely minerals and crushed chalk, alongside an integrated line of oak. But there’s more fruit now, citrus but also barely ripe apricot and nectarine. It has more focus and depth on the midpalate now, and lands with a persistant finish.

Straight forward Chablis. Light to medium bodied. Enjoyable now, with a little citrus underneath the crisp acidity. I don't think it is improving. But if I had another bottle, I would hold it for Summer 2019 and see.

Light hay color with green glints. Liked best first 30 minutes when it was fresher with lemony citrus. Some muskiness and less firm acidity after that. Drink soon.

Agree with ohne_musik, in a place between fresh and fuller. Got a little more expansive after an hour. Will wait another year to try again.

Firm, smooth and elegant Chablis. Drinking well.

Seems a bit closed and disjointed right now. Nice acid, a light kiss of oak, some good chablis typicity but a bit hollow mid-palate, and neither exuberant nor serious. Will wait another year (or 2?) before opening another.

Fresh, lemon rind, lemon zest, calcified minerals. Great depth with a vibrant youthfulness.

Better than three months ago when we poured two glasses with Coravin. Rich but with finely balancing acidity. Vibrant and pure.

Very light hay color. Not much on nose. A little citrus comes out with air. Palate also improves with time in glass. Integrated acidity becomes a little lemony and slightly creamy. Good now but better in 12-18 months.

Light colour. Nose is quite subdued. Lemony palate with anise and good enough concentration. Good, not great. but the price is attractive!
