St. Amant Winery Trousseau The Little Bastardo

Aromatics of cherry, berry and spice along with some woody notes. On the palate more of the same, but robust cherry, cranberry, pomegranate and dried flowers. Great tannin structure, light mouthfeel, clean finese wine with long spice, cherry and cranberry finish.

Very transparent burnished garnet. Nose of strawberry and a bit of funk. Full bodied, crushed raspberries, some astringency, cherry candy, light tannins, decent acid and a tart, slightly hot, medium length finish. Better on night 2.

Interesting, fun wine. Light like a pinot but with an earthiness and a pepperiness. Very enjoyable on it's own.

Killer. Starwberries, allspice, minerals, bell pepper, and soft tannins. I’d drink this over a Pinot every day.

One the nose- Smokey cherry, plum, wild red flowers, damp earth, wild spice On the palate- Smokey cherry and a bit of meaty plum, some wild red flowers and damp earth, and a bit of wild spice, this wine is juicy and fresh and really light, I think this would go well with any game dish

Very light color and taste, fresh fruit with a hint of smokiness
