Drinking really strong now ... clean red apple fruits, great acidity and pronounced chalky mineral notes ... very well balanced between fruit and structure. It went exceptionally well with crispy skin grilled red snapper, sauteed swiss chard and parsley potatoes. A really nice bottle. Not fantastic, but really good. Drink the last 3 bottles within the next year or so.
