Enjoyed it very much with Paul Valanne and a couple of ribeyes. It worked very well. Nice nose and long finish.

A trip around Niagara; 6/15/2015-6/28/2015 (Ontario, Canada) : 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc. Graphite, raspberry and light floral and herbal notes. Palate is lighter in style, with medium length. Not bad at all.
