Michel Coutoux Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru La Maltroie

Served at warmer than ideal temperature at all restaurant that had poor wine service. With that in the mind, the nose is cut grass, buttery notes, white flowers, lemon cream. The palate is creamy but tart, a beautiful balance of acidity, fruit, and creaminess. Likely better when properly chilled.
