This wine was awesome. Decanted for 30 mins. Drank it with a dinner of pan seared salmon and a stir-fry which consisted of chanterelle mushrooms, french string beans, onions, red bell pepper, carrots. Side of rice pilaf, too. A perfect meal. The wine has a lot of fruit yet and can still cellar for a few more years at least.

Notes consistent with the last tasting. However, the linolium smell was absent with this last bottle. I will miss these bottles that Coppola used to use with the lable pseudo etched into the glass for thier estate wines. Also this one has clearly peaked IMHO and should be consumed sooner than later. Dark Red with aromas of cherry & licorice. Fruit came through on the palate with some hints of pepper. Served w/Filet Mignon, which was a very nice pairing.

Not a bad bottle. Initally there was some concern as it had an off smell to it. Linoleum curing was the best we could come up with. After about a hour it opened up. Hints of red fruit and earth with a palate of rasted peppers and spice. Nice finish

This is a simple, but enjoyable wine that works very well with pasta and other light dishes. Good for everyday drinking. Repurchase.

Very smooth. Light. Don't need to age too long. 1-2 years.
