A private dinner (Restaurant Cue Pop-Up at De Lindenhoff, Baambrugge, NL) : Delightful Dolcetto, flowers (violet, rose), apricots and cherries, orange, hint of pepper, elegant weight (12.5%), dry and crisp but nicely balanced by the ripeness of the fruit, pure and bright, mild but engaging tannic grip, whiff of cherry stones, juicy bitters, lovely length.
