Infanticide! Too young...the next at least in 5 years

(18,5/20) Blind tasted. So much concentration, so energetic and pure, so much length. Signature wine for this winemaker, was said here. The earthiness and minerality, with so much energy. Beautiful. Medium+ intense aromas of red cherry, raspberry, cranberry, blackcurrant, violet, wet earth, mushroom, toast, espresso, tobacco, bay leaf, white pepper, wet stone. Dry wine, high acidity, medium- and fine-grained tannins, medium body, pronounced flavour intensity, long finish. 14% ABV - Chambertin tasting

黑樱桃、李子为主的成熟果香，搭配甘草、丁香、太妃糖和烟丝气息，香气丰富而有层次，回味中还有淡淡的花蜜甜味。在相对沉闷的早期，因为酸度没有完全醒来，所以口感丰满而略显肥腻，突出了香气的存在感但不够均衡。五个小时后，随着状态开放，酸度和单宁的表现力都明显增强，让整体更加融合统一，并且呈现出端正、沉稳的个性，与成熟华丽的香气结合，如同新古典主义建筑风格的产物，左右逢源，清晰易懂。

Pearl of Burgundy 2016 en Primeur tasting (Hong Kong) : Red fruit, even some higher pitched orange peel notes to my surprise, soft palate, great tannins. Really impressed with this wine.

Again, not fourriers signature cuvee. For a grand cru, it lacks tension. Compare to the domaine gevrey vv, cherbaudes and csj, it is slightly more rustic and clumsy. Lacking some transperency

Good, but less interesting than CSJ.
