Yes drinking in its peak window but with a strong 5 year to go. Red fruit, tannins dissolved and just a whiff of caramel at the end.

Leiden in Burgundy November 2011; 11/3/2011-11/5/2011 : Nose with truffles, blood orange and some red fruit, later more caramel. Taste mature, soft, clean. Round tannins almost resolved. In the end tobacco notes. Lovely.

Bicompleanno Danilo, cena da Uliassi (Uliassi, Senigallia) : Piaciuto tantissimo, ma non raggiunge l'eccellenza come per altri, forse troppo 'bordeoso'. Confermo che la Cote de Beaune mi piace decisamente meno della cote de nuit
