Opened this wine at our accommodation at Burwood, Melbourne with the extended family. Pale straw in colour with a tinge of green. On the nose, the bouquet is clean, with fresh green apples, pears and subtle lemon zest and lime peel with light floral (white blossom and jasmine) notes. On the palate, the wine presents fresh citrus: lemon, lime, grapefruit, green apples and nectarine.
