It is a great pleasure to be able to enjoy a wine from the oldest winery in Texas which has been in existence since 1883! After all, if you have been in the business for over 135 years, you must be doing a lot of things right. Lo and behold, this lovely Cabernet Sauvignon was a wine that was produced to cellar well.
