My last bottle which I’ve forgotten about. Unbelievably still drinking so well. A most hedonistic zin that checks all the right boxes without being over bearing. Ripe and fruit forward at 11. Should age longer still without concerns. No sign of tiring on day 2.

Capped off an amazing cottage Saturday at Scott and Kellie Walmsley's, and this was a fabulous wine to go along with a fabulous meal of BBQ pork loin boneless ribs - Black, full bodied with a nose of extreme plum, blackfruit, spice, pepper and vanilla, amazing structure and balance considering the 16% alc., complex, perfect food pairing, sweet on the palate with terrific length, oh so tasty!! (93 Points).
