Jean-Claude Buecher Crémant d'Alsace Fleur De Lys

Beautifull, this is my go to cremant producer from the Alsace that always delivers. Bought directly from the vingneron. Very delicate mouse. Beautifull nose of lemon juice, lemon skins preserved in salt, biscuits. Has quite the feel of a grower champagne. Very direct and liniar but welcome at the same time. 2016 vintage, 70 months sur lattes, disg. 02/2023.

100% Pinot Blanc. A bit reminiscent of cider - in a good way: Intensely floral with lots of green apple and just a hint of brioche. The taste comes with more apples and a little lime that adds fresh acidity. Round and full-bodied with an exciting spicy undertone, and a lovely persistent finish with a hint of minerals. This is simply a very good, slightly different sparkling wine.

Amazing 100% Pinot Blanc. Deep. Colourful. Alice. Sexy. Chapeau Famille Buecher.

Full, yellow fruit with nice acidity. Long finish. Wounderful! A little more expensive than Reflets(but still very good price) with a little more body.

Im Vergleich zum Empreinte und Reflets vom selben Hersteller wirkt der Fleur De Lys etwas zurückhaltend, fast schon zu dezent. Nicht täuschen lassen, der hat schon Kraft und Struktur, man muss ihm nur ein bissl Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Kein Wein für Zwischendurch.

Richtig geiles Sprudelteil aus 100 % Pinot Blanc, hat im Laufe eines Abends einen Winzerchampagner aus dem Marnetal mit einem hohen Anteil an Pinot Blanc so nebenbei versenkt. In der Nase und am Gaumen rund mit Ecken und Kanten, nichts Gefälliges. Wie ich es mag.
