Genuinely astonishing Nose of something I experience as ozone but others might call gunflint, some honeyed richness underneath Palate: so powerful and long, demanding, but not without fruit and a certain richness. Although this comes through most on the finish. Freshness and lift comes from a salinity rather than acidity Cracking with ragu bolognese, lifted the food more than expected! Then very good with cheddar strangely, brought out the fruitiness of the wine
