There was something about this wine that just seemed like it was not right. However, we did drink it in 2011. after having it for 4 years, which may have definitely affected the flavor through over-ageing. It has all of the sweetness and thick, almost syrupy body one expects from a late harvest riesling, but it was just not to my palate.

Nice and crisp. Great fruit with moderate sweetness. This was great with a homemade chocolate mousse.

Very good but not as concentrated as I would like. Nice nose of candied citrus. On the palate it was lighter than the nose may indicate, with good acidity. Almost a watered down sauternes. Nice candied citrus, pineapple and cotton candy notes... but again lacking some body.
