Weinbau Schwarzenbach Räuschling Seehalden

What a nice surprise here, not a fan usually of this grape variety that is mainly used to make simple wines. I loved this bottle. Very hard to describe and compare to other varieties. The palate was light and phenolic, with herbs, some citrus, fennel. The acidity is medium but due to the dry, phenolic touch it feels fresh and appetizing on the palate.
