Maria enjoyed this very much, had a more brooding note than most california pinots. Bitter cherry, cranberry, and pomegranate flavors with some sweet spice. Drink now.

Awesome pinot that improved significantly with air as more flavors developed and the body built slowly. This has lots of energy which I adored. It is mainly black cherry with lots of spice, some stemmy notes and crisp (almost effervescent in a good way) long finish.

Dark fruit, plum, raisin, raspberries, tart cherries. Crisp young mouthfeel with long finish. More time in the bottle needed to round out the edges.

1st time tasting Ferren wine. Wanted to try young to see if it had the stuffing to be a cab drinker’s Pinot Noir. The answer is a definite YES. Curious to try next bottle in a year+ thinking time will be its friend.
