Dry nuttiness with floral, saline, and light mineral notes. Showing a little heat on the finish. Consumed with cheese.

Rich and evolved palate with a very long and dry finish. A significant improvement from my last bottle and more in line with what I expect from this wine. Consumed as a digestif

Not as good as my last experience with this wine. Almost an overriding fresh plastic aroma on the nose with strong minerality as well as floral notes. A lot of oak on the palate which could benefit from more fruit which is not forthcoming or additional time in the bottle. Somewhat disjointed and without balance. I have certainly enjoyed other bottles of both the 03 and 07 much more.
