Deep ruby red in colour the Laurentius is a blend of 52% Cab Sav and 48% Shiraz. It spends 24 months in oak. The nose shows some hints of dark fruit, chocolate and pepper. Very full bodied I got some herb characters backed up by lots of tannin, acid and oak. Needs more time!
