Pinot Noir at Moncur (Bistro Moncur, Sydney) : Jubey red berry fruit, slightly spicy and earthy…Spicily rich red berry fruit with silky, slightly drying tannins, young but nice.

Browning red in colour, there is a barnyard like wild strawberry on the nose with a little volatility. Light stemmy cherry fruit with coffee oak are evident on the front palate,the tannins are firm and acid is starting to become obtrusive on the mid to back palate.
