Outstanding rosé. Lots of citrus pith and a touch of maraschino cherry up front, with a complex cheese rind / flinty middle almost reminiscent of good Chardonnay.

Love this rosé. So crisp and dry but so fruit forward too. Strong berry flavors and nice complexity. Lovely bouquet.

Pretty red fruit and flowers up front, this really shines on the core which is pithy, chalky and has nice texture. Finish is solid on nice acidity. Yum!

peach color, attractive nose of strawberries and pear, on the palate light and sweet, refreshing, tart cherry and lemon grass notes make for a good balance- still this is unapologetically sweeter and cuddlier than other top Roses like Il Poggione, good length and fine balance, wonderful wine. ***+, enjoy over the next 12-18 months

Elegant, light, floral. A very nice rose although it doesn't beat some of my favorites (Il Poggione, Bagnol). I hope that Chablis28 is correct and future vintages are better.

The best vintage of this that I can remember. My preferred rosato wines are made with Nebbiolo and have a lot of structure. In previous vintages I have found this wine a bit too light, like a Provençal wannabe, which I chalked up to a Vajra style choice and the fact that it’s a field blend of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto. It was always good, just not my preferred style. For 2023 I find this (L02-24) to be a big …

very pretty, this is always so nice... peach, raspberry, citrus, a little minty herbs, spice and roses... great acid cut, juicy fruit, integrated salty minerality, long on fresh tart fruit, a beautiful raspberry note pops as everything fades

I suppose it wouldn't cost THAT much money to wash your dog in bergamot oranges. I could also say erasers, champagne currants, white pepper and haw fruit, and honeydew if you can convince a farmer to let a few of them overripen for you, but really the best thing about this beguiling wine is how ever-changing it is Can't be the first person on this site to think there should be a 4th LUV button in the rating template

Great balance of fruity strawberry-kiwi, blood orange, and citrusy acids for mouthwatering drinking and pairing with salty apps, cheese, etc. Quite yummy and a notch or 2 above average. 89-90+

deep tea/pink colour; good. nose: tart - cranberries, rhubarb, wild strawberries; fresh, pleasant plus slight sweetness; medium (-) intensity. taste: high acidity; wild strawberries, tart cherries, hawthorn, pink grapefruit; light boded and sharp as a razor; medium (+) finis with tea aromas and grapefruit zest. Very good.

I love this rose and try to get it every vintage. 2018 does not disappoint. An excellent rose if you don’t like pink water or cloying sweetness but prefer something earthy with a refreshing acidity and a touch of bitterness (think watermelon rind) and minerality. Rubarb and barely ripe strawberry. Good value.

Holy heck, this is fantastic. So much wild strawberry. To an extent that makes me question having ever tasted that in a rose before. Plus: pomegranate, golden raspberry. Moderate acid. Just so so lovely. More plz.

Very good buy and one of the best Rose QPRs at $16. Bright strawberry/crancherry fruit, bountiful acid, faint roses, nicely chewy minerals and a hint of dusty road-almost slightly tannic. Dry on entry but just a hint of sweetness on the finish coming from the juicy fruit.

An crazy Australian intern came to work and asked for money. And it was Steve Parnell but they didn't know who he was until some Aussies showed up. And so this wine is named after his daughter. 85% Nebbiolo, 6 hour saignee, half free run. And then a touch of Dolcetto and Barbera. Those two are like flaps on airplane giving little adjustments to the character. And Piedmontese rose. Speaks of the region. Really good. Lots of strawberry cherry character. …

UNP. color is pinkish salmon. nose has watermelon strawbrry jolly rancher. swishing this shows mostly acid structure with a little skin stem tannin bringing up the rear. med length finish. the acidity made it great with tomato burrata and basil. good balance and good price point.

This rose is not as good as those I am used to either from Provence, The Loire or WA state. It has a slightly odd lingering taste I cannot quite distinguish. As this does not mirror my view of earlier bottles I can only assume this one is below par. A screw cap cannot mean this is any cork degradation.
