Dry and oh so very, very, very bubbly. So much so that bubbles is the first thing I notice. Palate cleaning and food friendly. Nice with Asian foos

This is surprisingly good and amazingly robust with time. Just delightful and a fantastic value. It's aggressively carbonated, spritzy, lean, chalky, and somewhat but not overly fruity with red apples, ruby grapefruit, a bit of citrus pith. It's not super complex, but is very delicious. I drank half the bottle, put the rest in the fridge, forgot to cork it, and went out of town for three days. The half filled bottle sat in the fridge open the whole time. …

Pretty decent. Especially when you consider the price.

Un espumoso con nariz expresiva, bien perfilada, hay frutas blancas, algún matiz cítrico y un fondo balsámico. En boca el ataque es bueno, ep aso cremoso, fresco, goloso y con notable longitud.

Very zesty and citrusy at first, with mint and herbal aromas, but it softens a bit by warming. Chalky and stony aromas accompanies green apple and fresh peach, but the yeasty character is quite weak (although the wine should have spent at least 24 months on its lees). Acidity is medium + and body medium. The wine also leaves a bitter finish in the mouth, reminiding the herbs I felt on the nose at first. Bubbles are a bit aggressive, …

Started out with this one a little too warm ... But still has a raspberry-lemon freshness to it, tho it might be getting a little long in the tooth.

The oakiness balances the bright bubbles and there is no sweetness. The creaminess makes it feel like you are drinking a $50 sparkler, not a $15.

Light bodied and lacking in structure. Hollow mid palate and the acidity is too soft for my liking. Having said all that, this is actually quite delicious. Very creamy mouth filling texture with obvious peach flavors. Who is going to dislike a sparkling wine that taste like peaches and cream? Not me. At $13.00 a bottle easy to overlook the wines flaws. This is far superior to the other sparklers I've tried in the Monmouseau lineup.
