Heitlinger Pinot Gris Spiegelberg

Dark yellow color. Fruit and spice on the nose, great balance of acid and minerals with fruity notes in the middle, acid and pleasant light bitter notes in the finish. Also, slightly meaty notes in the middle and finish. We greatly enjoyed this wine which was delicious alone and with minestrone chicken soup flavored with saurkruat and sirache. This wine is delicious now and also seems to have a long life ahead of it.
