Superb, mature really nice wine with alluring fresh pineapple and butter notes. Creamy finish with good lenght and complexity. As usually a very fine example of a wine made in an oldfashioned style, very complex and ageworthy. One of the best examples of chardonnay from SA.

WTDS at The Kenwood With Some Older Gems (The Kenwood, Mpls, MN) : Same bottle as Chablis28. This grew on me through the evening. I found it developed more depth and interest with some time. Definitely a full bodied wine with a buttery core, lemon, meyer lemon on the nose and palate, nicely integrated oak,. I will say the finish leaves me a bit wanting, but on the while this was very good 90+ to 91pts.
