On the pallet, it is concentrated but still juicy and refreshing. Notes of blackberry, raspberry, and plum. There is some grip on the early to mid-pallet with a moderate finish and a nice black current note with some nice complexity. It reminds me of a Rioja-style, easy drinking and elegant.
