Creamy peach over lemon soaked river rocks. This is mature, but not going anywhere soon. Very fine with mildly spiced Indian food.

Going strong on night two. Beautiful, full nose of sweet apples, petrol, minerals with vanilla cream notes. Palate is medium bodied with rich fruit and juicy acidity. The verve and tension is more subdued on night two -- but was lively and bright on night one. Long, flavorful finish. Delicious spat!
