Franz und Christine Netzl Zweigelt Rosé Christina

Sort of reductive, green tinge with really beautiful strawberry acidity. Aromas are somewhat reticent, but the strawberry, jolly rancher, almost carbonic notes really shine. Not simple though, with really pretty juicy acidity on the back and a uplifting airiness.

Day 1-2 - Nose is intense strawberry and acelora cherry, with a lot of seedy smokey kick (which is slightly cheap-ish/unripe-ish at low temperature, but at higher temperature more integrated). High acidity, medium+ viscosity, good concentration. A bit flat at the middle palate but rich finish. In my memory 2019 vintage was more harmonious. 87-88.
