Nice nose of dark fruit but a little thin on the mid-palate and astringent on the finish.

(Not a note just a memo), very good, drinks well but will improve with time. Bury until 2027.

Goes straight to fruitiness and no tricks at all. Intuitive and enjoyable but needs some time to show the fruits, as it’s kind of stuffy and buried in the woods and dirt nose at first. A little bit of funky nose that reminds me of natural kind of beaujolais cru.

It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with notes of berries and floral hints, with slight hints of mint. The taste is harmonious and velvety.

The winery owns all their own vineyards. Practicing bio-dynamic but not certified. And they have been doing that for more than 25 years. Also, along with the IGT, a pronounced and expressive nose as well. This comes from a Brunello vineyard, just declassified wine. A little bit more spice and savory than the IGT, more grip on the palate, and then a much longer finish. Very well done.
