Ca‘ di Mat, Fuente de Los Huertos, Madrid

PnP. Under natural cork. Pale garnet red. Sweet red fruit and tar with a touch of reduction on the nose. Light-bodied, the fruit on the palate is also red being more on the lean side. Fine tannin. A hot alcohol burn and a distinctive feel of bitterness on the mid palate. Long warm finish. Overall, this is a decent Garnacha from Gredos, but a little bit hot (alc. 15%) for me.
