Aiolos walkaround tasting (Aiolos HQ) : Beautiful, extrovert, haunting, floral and fruity, ripe, ethereal, fine oak frame, palate with power, nice oak frame, a touch warm though, ripe to almost overripe blue berry, cherry, full body, long finish. Give it time. Outstanding

Medium bodied, v elegant and quite silky already. But needs time. Also layered, lots of spices and pepper, juicy red plums. Complex, lots of acidity.
