Believe it or not given that it is a pinot - we decanted this for 2 hours and it made a huge difference - the flavour really changed and the wine was beautiful - quite heavy for a pinot noir by then but teamed it with a roast pork (that was not light once we added sauce) and we really like that style of pinot.
