Brilliant light gold with no bleed from the pinot. Good collar and excellent fine bubble train. Beautiful brioche nose with a little sherbet. Sharp preserved lemon and Bramley apple on the palate. Long refreshing finish with a light tannic grip on the end.

Toasty nose, marmite, bready, Super lean, elegant, nice fruit, long finish. Lean style, could probably do with some more time in bottle.
