Aerated for about 2 hours, served in a Riedel Pinot Noir glass. Pale golden colour, silver hints in-between. Nose: Tart pears, some mandarin zest and hints of tropical fruit at first. Soon after, notes of mineral smoke, savoury herbs, dried flowers, crushed stones and finely grated nuts come through. Aromas of hops, capers and sea breeze towards the end. Palate: Pear and lemon juice touch the palate in the beginning, minerality, herbal tones and grated nuts follow afterwards. Very fresh …
