Japanese Wine Tasting (Bar0001 by Watson's Wine, Cheung Kong Centre, Central, Hong Kong) : From higher elevation (at around 600m) than the 'Nogi' but otherwise all cultivation and winemaking elements are the same. Transparent but with an additional more purple hint of colour compared to the 'Nogi'. Nose is a similar deep confit air-dried strawberry but significantly greater depth than the preceding 'Nogi'.
