Sweet, well-knit CS. Not flabby at all. Nice earthiness, and red currant tones. Still has moderate acid, deep color.

One of us ranked it 89, one 84. Very consistent through the entire dinner and did not lose any of its flavor against the meat, potatoes or veggies. High alcohol content was well balanced with appropriate fruitiness so that neither dominated or seemed overpowering.
